Karen is our hostess this week and she has chosen: pink pirouette, blushing bride, old olive and for dessert: hope of spring! I had to sub for the pink pirouette.
On a separate panel, I used Audrie's technique of inking up an embossing folder, spritzing with water, and then placing your cs in and rubbing to create a watercolor look. Then I splattered some diluted blushing bride and olive ink and let the panel dry. Die cut the leaves (my hope of spring) with my new die, and embossed a separate panel with the lattice design (love that folder). Stamped my sentiment, matted in pink, then adhered to the embossed panel, and finally the card front.
