Ok, completly different style, so different that I was not sure to post it or not.
This is using the "gesso technique" as explained in the Take Ten Spring 06 magazine...
First time I try, think I put too much gesso really...
I'll try again...
The prima flower was "dyed" with distress inks too (so that it would match)

I think this card is lovely! I love the colors, the movement from one color to another, the technique and style.... Darn, now I have to go look up the technique! Thanks so much for posting -- lovely work!

GESSO : (as from the web as I can't find the right words in english lol :
A mixture of glue and either chalk or plaster of Paris applied as a ground or coating to surfaces in order to give them the correct properties to receive paint. Gesso can also be built up or molded into relief designs, or carved.
It's like a white paint, that dries very quickly and you can see your colors through if applied thinly....
