Free for All challenge is to make a project with something wood. Real wood, wood texture or stamp, or a tree or branch image. I've got embossed birch trees and stamped fir trees.
I used the technique that I've seen on SCS where you add colour to the debossed side of the embossing folder and then stamp an image on it. Then put your cs into the folder and run it through the Cuttlebug or Big Shot.
I added a snowy bank, two die cut deer, and a die cut sentiment.
The deer make it a suitable card for the Fan Club December Christmas challenge of "Animal Love".

Susan, this is beautiful. Not only is it a lovely scene, but you have kept everything in scale...not always easy to do with die cuts(if you don't own a computer driven cutting machine) The overall effect is stunning.
