For Robin's VSN Holiday Movies & Music "Over the River" Challenge, we were to make a card inspired by one of our favorite childhood memories. When I was a child, sure, the presents were great, but I remember the highlight was digging into our stockings to see what treats Santa left us. My beloved cousin painstakingly knitted personalized stockings for each person in our family. We still use them today.

Terrific card...I love the stockings...very Christmasy! And the knitted stockings are so cool...I always loved getting the stocking goodies...I still have my stocking made by my grandma...it's hanging on my staircase...alas...I don't think there will be any goodies in there this year at least not from Santa!

Such a precious card reflecting a precious memory! I loved checking out the stockings too...and I still have one my mom made for me when I was in grade school!
