I stenciled the foreground panel using the "Poinsettia" stencil & Distress inks. I taped vellum over the top, & sewed it in place with my sewing machine. Unfortunately, I must not have had the tension set right, because the stitches were pulling. :( So I pulled out the thread, and restitched through the holes the machine needle had made with gold embroidery floss. More time consuming, yes, but at least it looked a lot better! I die cut the "Merry" from gold glitter cardstock, and stamped & heat embossed the "Christmas" onto a strip of green cardstock. I then glued them both to the watercolor/vellum panel with Perfect Paper Adhesive. I matted the holly paper with red cardstock, and adhered that to the chevron pattern, which I also matted with red. Finally, I adhered the focal panel on the background, and mounted the card front to a white A2 card base.
