I heat embossed the background with clear embossing powder and coloured with the Scarlet Red Zig Brush then attached it to my cardbase once dry. I stamped the vellum with the Tim Holtz Ripe Persimmon ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder and die cut with the stitched circles, then attached on a foam strip. The balloon is also on a foam dot, and I finished with a few sequins.
