Lovely color combo for today's Challenge! I'm still not up to par..been sick for a week. The fever is gone & so is my voice, but not the cough. Sheesh..my throat & chest feel like they're on fire! So this is the best I could do in between coughing fits.
The pinecone was colored & fussy cut. I found a scrap of ivory linen so I stamped the pine branches & greeting on it then added the pinecone. The kraft bg was die cut then embossed w/ a corner flourish. I rubbed over the top w/ a white pencil then added sequins & some stickles for the sparkle.
Thanks so much for looking! It's on my blog w/ closeups & Copic colors: The Write Stuff

OMGosh Julie, I know just how you feel, i'm on week 4 of being so sick! Your card is beautiful and your pine cone just blows me away with how you've colored it! I love your embossing too, it looks so 3-D it could be paste! I don't know how you get such a nice embossing without wrinkling the rest of your paper!!! Wow! So pretty!

Oh, Julie, I'm so sorry you're quite sick! I'll put you on my prayer list! As for the card, it is outstanding! That pine cone is colored so beautifully that it looks real! The other elements add so much to the overall card! Great artwork, my friend!! Hope you start feeling better soon!!

Julie what a gorgeous card... love the die cut flourishes in the corners and the most beautiful pinecone with the bow on the torn paper... absolutely love it...

sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well Julie-sending prayers -you created such a beauty though - I like the diagonal stitching on the background panel and your corner flourishes - really sets off your pinecone
