When I checked out Jenn's gallery, I knew I had to play along. I had just the stamp in my NBUS pile and it was itching to be inked up. (Apparently I was planning to use at some point, because the set is no longer in its packaging - if anybody knows who makes this set, please PM me as I would love to give the proper credit)
I chose this card to CASE. I kept the row of lights and holiday theme. I changed the size/shape of the card, stayed with just red/green lights and embellished with glossy accents rather than adding the glow of the bulbs. This also works for this week's CAS challenge (Light the Way).
Stamped my image on PTI Stamper's select. Colored in the lights with Copics, ran some Wink of Stella over them and added glossy accents to give them dimension. (I also traced the light string with Wink of Stella for a bit more shimmer.)
Used my MFT In&Out Square Dienamics to make a gold frame. Assembled card.
Easy, peasy! TFL!

I'd say you did manage to include a glow to your bulbs with your gorgeous shading! Love the clean look of your layouts and you know I'm a fan of your framing! This is fabulous, Debbie!
