A very sweet friend asked if I could make a card for his wife. He needed a cowgirl with a gun and a horse. Well I knew I had seen some fun cowgirl cards in Robin's (stamperrobin) gallery so while looking at her amazing cards I found this image and said oh my I have to get that it is perfect for the card.
Stamped the image, colored with copics and added liquid pearls to the belt and stickles to the hearts. Then I stamped the sentiment from Heartfelt Creations. Die cut the horse and tucked it behind the silver glitter paper that lines the image. On the pink paper I did the bandana technique using the Heartfelt Creations paisley stamp and lining the image with a white gel pen.
I would love it if you would check out my Blog: Shoe Girls Cards.
Thank you for looking!

This is fabulous! Your shading is so great I wish I could watch you color. The bandana pops off the page and any stamp or image with a horse in it is always gonna be a fav of mine. Great job!

Very cool card, Lisa, and I'm thinking your friend is very pleased with this card. Your horse (critter) was perfect to go with the "wow" cowgirl.
