The flowers are attached to the hat in thestamped image with a ribbon bow to hide the stems. The yellow sprays were from Melissa Frances Embellishments years ago.
The bottom ribbon was from a wedding gown I made many years ago.
The tiny rose stems were put through the image and the bottoms came back to the front to cover the stamped stems.
I don't have many stamps with hats on them. So I intended to ghost an image on the inside of the card so the original image could be seen, but I can't find the stamp. I'm sure it's in a very safe place never to see the light of day again!

Oh wow...I think this looks a little like the Carmen Miranda style hat Susie was looking for, only flowers rather than fruit. I love the little bunch of roses tucked under her arm, and the little quilled butterfly.

Love it! I can easily see my daughter in your adorable scene. When she was little she loved cutting flowers and weaving wreaths for her hair. She was one step away from a full hat. Those flowers and ribbon make for a fabulous hat and the roses and scissors in her hand just add to the mischievous feeling of the card. So glad this got uploaded so we can all see it. It is going to make a Teapotter very, very happy. Thanks for playing in my challenge. Your little girl should lead the parade ;)
