I created the background using the Faux Patina tutorial at Splitcoast (Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers. I inked my embossing folder with Rich Cocoa, and did the distress inking with Broken China, Evergreen Bough, & a bit of Brushed Corduroy. I used Perfect Paper Adhesive to glue my charms, which I'd colored with black alcohol ink, to my die cut vellum oval. I let that dry for a few hours, and then glued the vellum to my embossed panel, putting the glue behind the feathers. I let that dry for a few hours more, and then inserted a brad in the top of each charm. I printed the greeting onto a strip of green cardstock that I'd inked with the same colors I used on the background. Finally, I matted the panel with black, and adhered it to a white A2 card base.
