Rebecca has some gorgeous Milagros to inspire use for her Falliday Fest challenge.
I die cut the buckle, lock and key and colored them with alcohol inks. Stamped the sentiment and added the ribbon and buckle to the panel. Made a tassel for the key, adhered to the lock and panel. Mounted on black cardbase to complete. TFL

The lock and key are great, but my eye was instantly drawn to the buckle, as I have an antique silver buckle on wide blue grosgrain. I haven't worn it for years but came across it recently.... Love the tarnished look you gave to the lock.

Carla,
this is absolutely fabulous, the sentiment font is so gorgeous! I love how you die cut the shapes and added those wonderful extra little elements that make this card spectacular!

This is really vintage looking. I love the lock and Key! In fact, I think I have that same die or one very similar. The buckle you used with it is beautiful and really matches that DP well. I never know where to use the Cherish sentiment. But it is perfect here. Would make a great anniversary card.

Love that paper Carla. I have it and have used it once and don't want to use any more of it for fear it will be gone. Giggles! Amazing card you created with it.
I think the metal accents with alcohol inks created something magical on your card, transporting us all back to a different era. Your card is simply gorgeous!!! Thank you for playing along with the challenge - happy fallidays!
