This is for Jeanne's Falliday Challenge to make a Patriotic Thank you to benefit Operation Quiet Comfort. Also, this is for Kelly's Punched Washi Technique Challenge. Since I've been using up old supplies, I don't have too much washi tape right now. I substituted some patriotic striped shipping tape. I laid out some tape on a thin piece of CS and used two sizes of star punches from SU! to punched out a variety of stars. A scrap of Real Red was embossed in stripes. All was arranged, popping up three of the six stars. The sentiment was stamped. Easy peasy! It was a fun and quick card, which I'm glad to donate to a worthy cause. Thank you to the lovely hostesses. Thank you for looking!

Diane, I love this card! It is as patriotic as it gets with these wonderful stars. I am going to have to dig out my washi tape and see what I can come up with now. I would never have thought to do this in a million years and I love the effect of it! ~Karen.

Ha, well done on using up old supplies so efficiently that you had to make a (perfect) substitution here. I'm surprised to learn you can punch through packing tape - I would not even have tried!
