I'm cheap. Only had a one dollar bill to try this out! LOL I used an plastic sleeve leftover from a new purchase. Added metallic birthday sequins and some beads. Fused the ends and wrapped the gold glitter take around the top edge. Added the puppy and banner sentiment. Still room for a note. Thanks to Dinas early post I am ahead of the game today!

Ha! Ha! I had to chuckle at your comment about being cheap -- with just a dollar. I thought that's all I had in my wallet, too; but I did find a $5. Love that pup! This would make a great birthday gift -- with either a large or small bill!
