For the circle "hole" I lightly taped the base card and inside cover together to cut them so they'd line up exactly afterward. I cut 6 bells from cardstock covered with washi tape. After adhering the baker's twine to the back of a bell, I glued another on it so the taped area wouldn't show. I did the same thing when hanging the bells: tape the bells to the inside of the base card and cover with the second piece to hide the tape. The bells swing freely in the cut-out. I added the ribbon and sentiment to finish it. If I make a card like this again, I'll emboss the inside layer that shows through the hole for some added style.

You really went the extra mile cutting 6 bells so that this is as pretty from the inside as the front. What a great CAS design, I love the aperture with the hanging bells and the little silver ribbon.
