So, I just got the star confetti die in the mail yesterday and I had the bright idea that I was going to use it as a window on a card front... ( but, it totally cut my card base in half and I do have a pile of confetti) so, I had this red base also just waiting for a project and I thought oh cut, a big star out of the center and you can still make a confetti window.. cept' the star confetti die is slightly smaller than A-2. So, this made three of the tips of the big window have no blue behind it, I did trim parts of the confetti sheet ( making sure to have pieces with star holes on them) to tape into those three points that were shorted. so, you cannot see them in real life. This is matted with some stitched mulberry paper and you can see the silver and gold threads through the star holes when you are holding it. ( this card glimmers all over but, has no glitter or anything to fall off) thanks for this challenge Jeanne & tfl.

Wow! I have a card front with a star punched out of it. wish I would have thought to use it in this manner. You've given me the idea now though. Love the way this looks.
