Holly's challenge called for holly on our cards. Stamping the power poppy image, preceded to color with water color pencils. Added some bling with embossing paste+ glitter and stitckles. Added some white accents. Using colored India ink to write the sentiment. Paper pierced the border and sentiment space. So many artists give me inspiration....one of them is Nancy(stiz2003). She makes the most beautiful cards, and has her signature stitching on them. I gave it a try....not as dainty as Nancy's, but it was fun. Will try it again with finer thread. TFL

Wowsers! This is just gorgeous!!! I love this gorgeous image you water colored so beautifully, then blinged up with stickles, embossing paste and glitter - fun! I love that this is a tall card and your scoring around the image is so elegant. I am with you on how talented Nancy (stiz2003) is and her stitching on her cards is truly amazing! I love the stitching you did here and I think it looks amazing with this gorgeous twine. This card is going right into my favs! ~Karen.
