I am happy to be a guest designer for the color combo challenge this month. I loved the colors Vicki picked for us. Crumb cake, Saharan Sand, strawberry slush
With lots of texture.

Well I can't believe with all the paper and ink I own I don't have the colors needed. I have old SU colors. My Sahara Sand is so old it has turned almost a mellow moss color. So I sorta had Sahara Sand ink and I know the card stock is Sahara Sand because it was a new package. Once of my favorite colors.
I tried to get multiple challenges out of this card. I love how the texture turned out. The picture isn't great, I don't have. A great place to take pictures yet.
Thanks for looking and for the warm welcome you ladies have given me.
Hugs,
Tonda

What a great, airy feel you captured with your wonderful angel! I hear you about the ink too! I have 100 ink pads and STILL that right color is not there! Why is that? Three brands too. And I've had ink pads turn bad on me, mostly Distress since they are unstable. This card is terrific and so is your wonderful background!

Tonda, your card is so pretty. I love the angel wings with the feathers. My daughter laughed at me the other day when I bought two Halloween boa's. There was a lot feathers for $1.50 each.

Your sweet angel expressing hope makes an amazing and special card, Tonda. I love the way you've added the wispy feathers to her wings - beautiful easel card.
