This is for two challenges: Teapotters - encouragement card for a struggling mother who loves M&M's candy and for the Mix Media Challenge to be inspired by the color red. When I thought of M&Ms, I thought of red. My media: ink, chalk pen, pastel chalk, paper (it's Punch Art!).
This pin takes you to a blog with detailed instruction.
The first time with a punch art is always a learning curve. It turned out okay. The instructions did not describe how to do the hands, so I used one of the flowers from Boho Flowers punch (cut off some petals) and the tip of Word Window punch. The hands are raised up. I found the printed paper in my stash and it did say Stampin' Up!, but I don't recognize it. I thought the polka-dots reminded me of M&M's, so I used it even though the reds don't match perfectly. Fun card to make! Thanks for looking.

You did a great job! I do like that M&M, and I've seen that paper before, but I too don't remember the name. She is going to love this card and appreciate all of the work you put into making this. I like those arms and hands! Nicely done!

This card really made me smile, and I'm sure it will do so for the recipient too. Those arms on the M&M are so welcoming. I love the punch art and also the polka dot paper.
