I have to try hard to use dsp's for backgrounds, but with quite a stash I need to start getting them out and onto the craft table. I added the four panels and a double circle before fussy cutting a rose spray from the waste. I shaped it and glued with Pinflair which allows the paper to keep it's shape. Some leaves and gems for interest and a simple word - sorry - it will cover a range of occasions I think.

What a beautiful way to use of your dp...I am like you too, find it hard to use it in bgs. Love how you did the sketch and how you cut the one set of roses out for the center...so pretty...TFS.

I am keeping this.
This is a great sketch to show off pretty DP like yours and I love the idea of pulling an element the way you did for the focal. I dont know if I can do as well, but I can give it a go! You have this great eye for layouts.
Like many, I too have DP I need to use.
