Followed the tutorial on SCS by Janet Baker for her Witch Hat Clip. I used a black clothespin from Mikes for my hat and black glittered card stock from Hobby Lobby. The printed paper treat bags are from the dollar store. Added a bow using the SU Bow Builder punch--the orange spider web printed paper on the bow is a shelf strip from Walgreens Halloween aisle from last year that I got for free. Added a black glittered bug made using a dollar bin bug punch. Thanks to Janet for a VERY easy and QUICK to assemble witch hat using no punches!! Thanks to Kelly Acheson for sharing this tutorial!!
