I am your hostess this week and I have chosen: Rich Razzleberry, Sweet Sugarplum, Smoky Slate and for dessert: a sympathy or thinking of you card.
On my craft sheet I rubbed the 3 inks and then squirted with water. Then I set a piece of cs into the ink, pulled it off, and then swiped and dabbed sections of the card stock back into the ink until I liked the result (not sure of the name for this technique). While it was still damp, I splattered with diluted inks of the same colors along with diluted white acrylic paint and let dry, at which point I die cut a square from this panel and set aside. Die cut the bird and the leaves (keeping the negative of the leaf to use as a stencil), and die cut a square opening from a different panel. Using the stencil, I sponged some leaves with the razzleberry and sugarplum inks onto the main panel with the square opening. Assembled all the pieces and mounted this panel to the card front with dimensionals.

Oh, this is a perfect card, I love everything about it, the layers, the bird, and how you mastered a magic with the inks. Such a great job. Thanks for joining us at Addicted to Stamps and More!

Love how you worked the leaves into this incredible design.
