Guy birthday cards are so hard to dream up, but when I saw this week's sketch, right away my 1996 "Roughing It" Stampin' Up set came to mind. Some stamp sets are ageless, and this is one of them!
I used two different Designer Series Paper for the front panels, and the thicker white cardstock when stamping the tent and lantern. Since camp lanterns are usually that lovely dark glossy green color, I heat embossed it with Mossy Meadow (which also let me use Aqua Painter to add yellow to the lantern without smearing the green.
The twill tape comes in a "natural" color, so I pressed it on my Mossy Meadow stamp pad (while wearing gloves, since it's messy) to give it that tent canvas color and to match the DSP behind it.
