For today's challenge of feet or toes, the first thing I thought of (after I spent some time thinking of those adorable Hobbits), was this stamp. This was taken from a longer poem called Footprints In The Sand that is really beautiful and always makes me cry.
I did a simple watercolor wash for beach and ocean and kept it all very plain.

Too beautiful for words! I love the tear and the sand and blue ... and most of all I love the sentiment. So comforting to me.

It is gorgeous!! I imagine I am in a hot air balloon, looking down where the sand meets the sea.
