I made the colorful background for this card with an old credit card, a wet palette or styrofoam meat tray, and acrylic paint. I laid down small blobs of acrylic in the palette I wanted and very lighted misted it. I dragged the edge of the credit card through the paint collecting the mixed palette on the edge. Then I dragged the card over white printing paper until the paint was clear and then repeated the process. When it dried, I selected and cut the area for my background and backed it with brown cardstock. I stamped the wheat image on the card base and the background, using my MISTI, then stamped the sentiments as well. I cut three different colors of the word, gratitude, and glued them slightly askew from each other.
