Audrie chose a hat site for this week's Inspiration Challenge. It has a section on fascinators, those strange little things that perch on the heads of the younger members of the British royal family. I picked this one:
I cut the Tattered Poinsettia die out of pale red shimmer cs, shaped the petals, and filled the centre with gold micro beads. I had a scrap of gold/red mesh that I incorporated to represent the veil in my inspiration.
I kept it very CAS with just a small sentiment so that it looks more like the inspiration image.

GORGEOUS! I bought some Poinsettia dies about 2 years ago and haven't used them yet - but now you've inspired me with your fabulous focal point! WOW! Straight to my favs!
