Well its raining again today and I am back playing around with ink and papers. After spending two whole days in the garden its a nice change - that is what my aching knees keep telling me.
For this challenge I used two different embossing folders - one for the background and the other to cut the little flower hexagons from.
The image is coloured with Derwent Water Colour pencils.
Hope you enjoy.

You have the best collection of stamps Helen!!! Your colouring is fabulous, I love the colours on the chooks and the flushed checks on the little chap. Love it all.

It's raining here too, sigh. So the warm sunny colours of this are a treat to see. Its such a sweet image, and the little hexagonal flower medallions are a lovely accent.

LOVE that image....so sweet! I really like how you incorporated the hexagons into your card. And all that yellow on the card is so wonderful....really bright and happy.

Oh, Helen, what a sweet, sweet image of these dear children! I can almost hear them with the chickens. Our younger grandsons loves his chickens and has a favorite one - his "girl!" I love the colors and the great way you've worked in hexagons. Brilliant! So glad you gave your knees a rest, dear friend, and I hope the weather begins to improve. Hugs! xoxo
