Hi all! This card was initially supposed to be for the sketch challenge but the deer panel was covering up too much of my beloved pine border so I had to rework the elements.
This is one of two cards that were in fact inspired by our wonderful featured stamper Marg Mortimer (margscardcrazy). I love the serenity of the pine trees and just wanted to use this die (I've had forever). Here's my inspiration: Yuletide Trees by Margscardcrazy at Splitcoaststampers
*Embossed card base with ef from Darice (name ???)
*Die cut two pine borders in different colors, reversed one and offset for a staggered tree line
*Heat embossed sentiment Recollections About Time
*Stamped FSJ Deer Pose with SU Close to Cocoa, then reinked with markers for the grassy knoll and antler (MISTI)
*Once again with Versamark to emboss with clear ep (Love the MISTI)
*Sponged clouds and a little in the grass
*Die cut panels with MFT concentric dies
*Sentiment strip is adhered directly to pine border then popped up with foam tape
*Deer panel adhered directly to card base using ATG

Oh, another wonderful CASE for Marg! She does have a lovely gallery, and I love how you were inspired again with that card. I love the deer and the wonderful fir trees! Beautiful, Deborah! Hugs! xoxo

I love this! The sentiment is fantastic and really works with the nature theme of this wonderful card too. I love the embossed background, the wonderful deer image in these pierced panels and the fir trees. Your cloudy sky looks fantastic! ~Karen.

Wow this is gorgeous!! I love the cluster of trees across the bottom and how you lifted up the main focal of the deer along with your wonderful embossed background! This is very regal looking!! Love it!
