Happy 600th to the Ways to Use It Challenge! We're using 6 sided hexagons to celebrate. This isn't the card I originally envisioned but I like the way it ended up. I started by cutting my whisper white base but scored before cutting at the wrong space so I ended up with a top score. I went an inch down and scored a double scire 1/4" apart. I used my ef to emboss hexagons below and went back and rescored the line at the edge of the embossing. I was thinking I'd color my sentiment so I decided to emboss in black to keep from muddying my colors and then liked how it looked in the plain bkack. The double scoring made a perfect space for my gingham ribbon. I used the ef on some dp (was in a rush or I'd have lined up the dots better). I cut out the center of 3 of the hexagons and scattered them around the base.

What a great card, Gail. It makes a wonderful impact with the embossing and that classy black and white color scheme. Love the scored area for your sentiment and the gingham ribbon!
