I haven't uploaded all summer, so here is a card. I have been very busy this summer. I needed to make a birthday card for my friend who loves pink, so I decided to try out the technique challenge. It was very hard and after many mess ups, I have finished. On the piece that slides out I stamped happy birthday. I actually enjoyed the challenge after I finished.

Sometimes these different cards are a bit touchy at first, but once you get it down, they're easy and so fun. The recipient will surely love it! Thanks so much for playing along!

Pretty in Pink! I like the extra sponging around your falling pieces - and I agree completing a card like this gives a real sense of accomplishment. This was the first time I tried this technique - I bet it will go much faster with the next one.

It turned out very pretty! Love the colors! I watched a YouTube video to supplement the tutorial provided & between the two tutorials, it made it very easy. But looks like you did a great job of figuring it out!

Well baby girl, you persevered and ended up with a sensational card for our friend!! You did a great job coloring the images as well and I love the added sponging! Today paper engineering, someday building engineering!!
