I began by masking my card front then inking my acrylic block with Distress inks, sprayed with water and pressed it onto my paper to create the framed area. Using my MISTI, I inked the flowers, sprayed with water and stamped. I stamped the sentiment then white embossed some script in random areas for interest. I also sponged the edges to define the framed area.
thanks for looking,

Karen, your beautiful card brought tears to my eyes. Wow! It is so gorgeous! I love the colors you used, the beautiful layers you achieved with your stamping, the white script areas, and that sentiment- wow! I think I needed to see that today. ~Karen M.

Truly beautiful, Karen. Again, your bg work is exceptional....as is your technique of spritzing your stamps to give a beautiful watercolored look. LOVE the white embossed script.....adds interest, but doesn't detract from the flowers. Have a lovely week-end, mf. : )

I love it!!! The white script on the green and pink is beautiful. The quote is by one of my childhood idols and is absolutely perfect!!!

Just a beautiful impressionistic look to this. You have achieved such a perfect print with your inked and spritzed acrylic block - mine never seem to come out so clearly! I love the added random white script - perfection!
