I just completed this thank you card for some friends and realized this card also fits today's Alphabet Challenge for the letter L for La Bella Rose which is a real rose that is a deep red color. To make the rose, I placed the MS stencil where I wanted it and using sponge daubers inked the image through the stencil. Leave the stencil in place and let the ink set for 5-10 minutes. Then apply the glass bead glitter gel in a thin layer and immediately removed the stencil when you are done. Set the piece aside to dry overnight. The next morning when I checked on this piece, I was so tickled with this image because I knew my friend would just love it because she loves red roses. Fun! It is so sparkly in real life too. I felt this sentiment is all the card needed due to all the sparkle and shine from the rose.

Your rose is so gorgeous with all that sparkle. You keep mentioning supplies that I am not familiar with - this is getting dangerous! I love the simple black matting that frames your rose and sentiment panel. Great card.

Terrific technique, thanks for sharing. I agree that the sentiment was all that was needed in addition to the stunning rose. I like the Clean look of the card.
