I'm so happy to play in today's challenge! I've been playing with my Ken Oliver color burst powders and they are so neat! This is a BG I made by misting the watercolor paper with water, then sprinkled on the powder and set it aside to dry. The birch trees were cut out of choc chip, attached and the sentiment stamped on vellum cardstock, torn and attached with vellum tape. I'm amazed at the different colors in each bottle, that make up the color. You can see little specks of green here and there and I didn't have Cajun craze paper, so I used dusty Durango to frame the panel.

Your Color Burst background Sue is absolutely Stunning my friend. I only have Brushos, but they are very similar. I agree the flecks of different pigments are so cool and always a surprise. TFS my friend. Fall is definitely in the air on the Oregon coast too. Hugs, Nancy

That is a beautiful background you created with your watercolor powders, and I love the poem stamped on vellum, thus allowing the background to come through. Into my faves : )
