For this week's natural technique challenge. I used a piece from my stash of handmade recycled paper. Can you see the bits of flower petals and grasses that I included in the pulp? I ran it through the cuttlebug with a leaf from my burning bush. I'd hoped some of the red pigment would infuse, but no luck. You can barely see the imprint of the leaf's veins (lower right corner).

Yes - I can just make out the leaf with your helpful directions. I think I'd just affix that gorgeous red leaf itself right onto that corner. Love your handmade recycled paper

Your handmade paper looks fab, Brenda - and I assume it was thanks to your MISTI that you were able to get such a great looking sentiment on it - or else your paper-making skills are vastly superior to anything I ever produced.

Beautiful, Brenda! Gosh, I haven't made paper in ages! Yours looks gorgeous. All my red maple leaves turned purple when pressed on plain c/s. But on paper towels..they stayed red!

Hand made paper is so cool! I love your piece here! I can just barely see the impression left by the leaf! Too bad it didn't come through a little stronger, but this is lovely in spite of it!
