This is going to a friend that just had surgery for breast cancer earlier this week. She has a very good attitude and I pray for the best outcome for her.
I love this image and stamped it in versamark and embossed in black. It was crooked on the white paper....so I set about ripping the paper all the way around it. Happy accident! I love the free for all today which is to put your ink direct to paper. I do this so often. I dragged the edge of the sentiment in black ink and the main image as well.
This is the first time I've used my Tim Holtz distress crayons. I scribbled a bit of color, dipped my finger in water and colored the entire image this way. Fun.

What a fabulous card! I am sure that your friend will appreciate your thoughtfulness- hugs and I hope the surgery will prove successful at getting all of the cancer and allowing her to go into remission....
