I used direct to paper technique on my background. I first embossed an old book page with a diamond design and then I swiped several distress ink pads on top. I mounted this on black paper and doodled in a silver pen around the edges. I also used direct to paper on the punched flowers in the upper right. These were outlined with a silver pen as well. It might be hard to see but I added stickles on several places for highlights and also some flower gems in clear and purple.

Wow Polly this is Weirdo Arty Stuff I Love on steroids!!! Every inch of this is fabulous, I keep scrolling back to see what else I missed. Your fussy cutting is brilliant and your weirdo little character is out of this world and I love her tulle and bling belt. Ohhhhh Polly can you tell how much I love this.
