I have not been able to participate in the tea party challenges in ages but when I heard it was for Anne I wanted to play along because she is such an amazingly encouraging member here and I was sad to hear of her loss. I took a leftover piece from a DTGD Challenge that had us try a cool technique with glossy cs sprayed with starch then a color spray then smooshed with plastic wrap. I had made mine in Turquoise so I decided to use today's color combination also. I used a green close to the Emerald listed as my base. I tilted my Turquoise panel over this then tilted the reverse diecut piece over this with the red flowers as accent.

Very pretty...love the way you used the leftover piece from your flourish die cut. And that starched bg is lovely (I have a few of those leftover, too...fun technique).

A beautiful design and these colors worked out nicely for this sympathy card.
