Hi, everyone! This week's Featured Stamper is amymay98.....congrats, Amy!!! My card today was based on this awesome monochromatic card.....I loved the simple but striking layout! For my card, I have used the 'Sending You Sunshine' set by Our Daily Bread designs (avail. Aug. 17), along with the 'Rope Background', ODBD Custom Pierced Rectangles Dies and ODBD Custom Pierced Squares dies. The image and sentiment were stamped in Stazon Timber Brown, then Baked Brown Sugar was used to color and sponge the scene. The wavy thread is actually thick baker's twine which was unwoven into three strands. I originally chose to unwind it so it wouldn't be so thick, but then I fell in love the waviness of it!! Thanks so much for looking! Have a very blessed day!

I so agree....which reminds me I have yet to get to the beach this summer to get THAT sand between my toes...And I am here crafting....hmmm...I think I DO love crafting more though...he-he. Very cute card. I knew right away which card you cased. Like d the simple design with the shaded edges. I do agree with you too I LOVE that cute little bow and ribbon frayed like that and the wriggly lines in it that way, that's what drew my attention first...so cute...TFS..:0)

Beautiful in brown and white. Love the image and the sentiment together. The unraveled, wavy twine is awesome. So fitting for the card theme. Well done! TFS
