The bg was created with plastic wrap and starch with brushos. When it was dry I sprayed with pink and blue dylusions mica sprays. Stamped images, added sparkles, then homemade scrabble tiles.
I was trying to go girly for my grand niece's birthday next week, may have to redo for her. I do like the card, though.

Julie, this is such a fun birthday card! Your bg is vibrant and fun. The combination of the kapow stamps, sentiment tiles and sequins make this one happy card. Thanks for playing in my card, you really racked up the points between all those letters and a bonus for sheer fun.

Oh, I like the card. And I'm thinking I'm pretty sure one of my (high school age)nieces would too, although my first thought was teen boy. I fell in love with that technique too - need to go and buy more starch. It works wonderfully with Brushos, I thought.
