I really like the Sweet Pea DSP, but it's so busy, I've found limited opportunities to use it... hence it's still in my paper stash after seven years!
The baby items are intentionally stamped in "gender neutral" colors, while the DSP peeping out behind the main panel shows pinks and blues as well.
The sentiment stamp from the "One Tag Fits All" was actually a rubber duck with the words sitting below it. I had recently seen where someone cut up their SU stamp to seperate part of the image from another, so I got out my old stamp cutting scissors (remember those from back when you used to have to trim and mount your stamps when they arrived?) and carefully cut the sentiment apart from the duck so I could stamp it on the onesie. I could have used the masking tape trick to cover up the duck when I inked the stamp, then remove the tape before stamping, but I felt I could get better positioning if I was dealing with just the sentiment.
Mounting the baby items on the vertical green panel also gave then extra depth and really made them the focal point of the card, so the patterned paper didn't overwhelm them.
Nothing like dipping into your 2010 stash of paper to get creative! I guess it's worth keeping it "just in case" :-D
