This is for Lisa's WTUI challenge - read all about it here: WT595 ~ Sports Theme. Phew, I'm glad that even though we are marking the opening of the summer Olympics we could use any sport, as I have very few sport-related stamps for any season!
It was great to have a chance to ink up this stamp! By a lucky chance, after I coloured it with pencils (and used Glossy Accents on the ice) I found some paper which went perfectly with the colours I had used. I added a curved border to mimic the edge of a lake, and because the bottom was too much blank space, added the sentiment and some gold stars. The image is matted on a scrap of brown and popped up, the base layer is some old K&Co Christmas pad I no longer remember the name of.

Super fun Peanuts card Sabrina. Love the paper you found to pair it with and the glossy accents on the pond are perfect for the finishing touch on the lake. Thank you for creating such a fun card for the Sports challenge.

Love love love everything about this card! I need to get myself some Peanuts stamps! I noticed how that curved border looks like the edge of a pond and the sentiment and stars are the perfect finishing touch!

Sabrina, I loved this. That image is the coolest, especially for a Canadian who sees kids playing rink hockey on a regular basis in the winter. And I love that house paper and the stars and sentiment too.
