While I can't share the actual challenge details, I can share how I made this card.
I did this on very shiny silver paper. It's not thick like cardstock, more like the weight of very heavy paper. Using thick clear glue, I drew the shape of a tree and added some round blobs....then I blasted it with my heat gun, the blobs became huge bubbles and I had to prick them to let the air out LOL.
I then dripped a tiny bit of alcohol ink on the tree. Once the tree was dry, I dripped on a bit of blue alcohol ink and squirted on some alcohol blending fluid - it magically spread across the paper. I did the same for the grass.
I trimmed the panel and then mounted it on to some more silver paper, than finally adhered it to a cardstock base.

WOW Susie!! I'm absolutely in awe of how you've made this design!! I have never heard of such a thing before and I think you're so creative and done such an amazing job with that tree!! Mind has been blown!! You totally rock my friend!!
