I kept the tree theme but stenciled mine instead of die cutting them. The background was sponged with Distress inks and then I added some shadows with grey ink and a paint brush. I left off the piercing and the hearts but stamped the sentiment in the same bottom hand corner.

Oh wow! This is truly gorgeous! The sentiment you used is so lovely and so perfect for this card! I do believe I have this stencil and have never used it before. You have inspired me to pull this stencil out now and see what I can do with it. Thank you for such a great inspirational card to try to measure up to! ~Karen.
