I used the Magical masking tape technique to transfer 4 broad stripes to the glossy white stock. Randomly stamped some leaf clusters in pale gray also used the gray to ink my saying. I mounted my piece first on peach and then onto the pale gray card base.

I'm sorry for the reason you were able to play so early in the challenge, Linda, and way impressed that you could create such a beautiful card during a bad night. I love the soft tape stripes with the shadowy leaves.

Great technique and lovely card...I also like the fact that it's almost one layer and easy to mail...perfect to pop in the mail. Hope you can get some sleep tonight zzzzzzzzz

This is a very clever idea for making stripes. Liking the idea of the soft gray stamping to go along with the bg. Love the font on the sentiment. I don't think the night lighting captured all the beauty of this card. Hoping you have a better night. Thanks for sharing.
