I made this card after watching a Catherine Pooler YouTube video in which she showcased this Wendy Vecchi Alcohol Ink Technique. First, Cut the detailed butterfly die from glitter white cardstock. Now place circle die over the butterfly space that was just cut out, and die cut the circle out. Note: Keep all the little pieces because you may decide to use them. Die cut acetate with same circle die. Drop Tim Holtz alcohol ink onto the glittered white cardstock circle until it is colored the way you like it. When dry, adhere acetate behind colored circle, then adhere glittered butterfly to acetate (just adhere the body portion and the right wing. If you have any little pieces, you can put that back in once the butterfly is in place, or not. Sponge silver ink thru stencil for background on card base, stamp sentiment, then adhere the circle to card base using foam tape. This is a really fun technique to do.
