My dear friend Loretta spoils me rotten and this day was no exception because she gave me this set of Simon Says Stamps petite flower dies. Yay! It was winter at the time, and I was really thinking spring, so my new flower dies were perfect for a thank you card for Loretta. This card starts with a watercolor wash background using TH Tumbled Glass distress ink and watercolor paper. Once the background was dry, I placed a circle die where I wanted it and drew around it with a fine-tip marker. I kept moving the placement of the die to give the appearance of a wreath. For the flowers and leaves, I placed several colors of distress inks on a craft mat, spritzed them with water until they blended, placed my cardstock down into the ink, then set aside to dry. This was done a few times using different colors. Once the water colored paper had dried, then I die cut the flowers and punched the leaves. Card was completed with a die cut thanks.
