| | My dear friend Nita's birthday was quickly approaching so I decided gorgeous flowers in January fit the bill. Nita loves the color coral so I did my best to make these flowers coralish. Have you ever had the feeling when making a card that things are just going too well? Yep! I had the entire card made when I put my inky fingers right in the middle of the card and wrecked it! Geez! So I stamped and colored a butterfly that just covers up my blunder. At first, I hated it that the butterfly covered up so much of the flower, but later it grew on me. Nita was happy with her card so that is what counts. |
