For today's WT challenge to use a decorative border.
I picked a droplet border for my edge of the card and then added a panel of a white/salty ocean WFD bg.
Stamped it with a Tim Holtz bg stamp and then added a layered flower and one of my favorite die cuts, the IO branch.
Sponged the border and around the card before adding the dies. TFL!
