CAS card for this week's DRS Designs Challenge - Pets Are Family too. This monkey is no pet, but there is an animal option and I chose that one.
I am so darn lazy these days - I sponged the bg and turned around and sponged the money too so I wouldn't have to color him. Used a white gel pen and smudged to get the lighter chest and face.
I am off 1/2 day today to babysit my Grandson - I can't wait. No crafting for me though - he just learned to walk. Maybe I can lose some weight? LOL!

Nancy this is so adorable! I love the sponged BG and the sponged monkey. You are not lazy, this still took time to design and sponge. Love the CAS on this too. Enjoy your afternoon with your grandson I am sure he will enjoy every moment he can have you running and playing with him.

This is SO cute, Nancy and love the use of the white gel pen to lighten his chest! How fun to babysit that little one! Never to young to teach them to stamp (grin).

Sometimes it's just okay to be lazy. Who isn't lazy when you think about it? Love your card. How creative to paint before the panel? Great sponging, too. You got it all right with this one.
