Things are getting beachy for the CAS challenge this week, I hope you will come and join us.
For my card, (not as CAS as it should be) I saw this technique done earlier this week and had to give it a try. For my background I sponged all the colours on and splattered with a paintbrush and water, and then quickly added Rainbow Sparkle Embossing Powder and heat set. The embossing powder sticks to the sponged areas and casts a shimmer over the area where there is no water, a really cool look. I then die cut my lobster die repeatedly and attached on foam dots. I did the same technique for my shell, and for my sentiment I added embossing ink and heat set with the Rainbow Sparkle embossing powder. I added my sequins and a few dew drops to finish.
